"I've always felt a deep calling to help others, which led me on a transformative journey into the world of contemplative psychology. Along the way, I discovered the power of presence, compassion, and mindfulness in healing—both for myself and those I serve.
For the past four years, I’ve served as a school counselor at the alternative high school in Fort Morgan, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting students through unique challenges with empathy and care. My background also includes working with homeless youth and individuals with learning disabilities, experiences that have deepened my understanding of resilience and the human spirit.
I believe that all people carry an innate image of basic goodness within them, and that by tapping into this, they can become their own healers. This belief guides my work and has now led me to CHTA, where I continue my journey as a Counselor. My goal is to facilitate this healing experience for each of my clients, holding space for their growth with heart-centered, intentional care."
