Darlene Ruyle is the artist/owner of The Art Spot in Fort Morgan where she offers a variety of art classes
and events. Darlene taught school for over 20 years. Her passion for art began at an early age. She would draw pictures of cartoon characters with her dad. They especially liked to draw Woody
Woodpecker and tried emulating Woody’s eh-eh-eh laugh! It was such a great way to connect with one another. At CHTA she hopes to help empower the healing process by helping participants have fun and enjoy art, connecting with each other during the creative process, and expressing themselves through a variety of materials, mediums, and techniques.
