Jesse is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in the State of Colorado and on her third year of PHD Candidacy in Counselor and Supervision at UNC.  Jesse has play therapy and sand tray experiences.  She has done Co-Instruction for Advanced Play Therapy, Foundations of Play Therapy, and Diagnosis and Treatment Planning at UNC.  She also provided supervision for Play Therapy Practicums.  Jesse was trained in Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics at Mount Saint Vincent.  She presented at ACES in Chicago IL on Supervising the Wounded Healer: Counselors-In-Training with a Personal Trauma History (October 2017)

Jesse has passion and deep interest in working with sexual abuse victims and survivors, yoga, and someday do recreational/nature therapy.

I believe in the importance of continuing to connect services directly to clients and community. I believe that my wide range of experiences and knowledge would allow me to integrate variety of information and approaches to best assist clients and families seeking healing and improved functioning
